Kaizen Industrial Solutions was founded in 2019 by Ali Manan — a sales professional who spent years working inside Pakistan's coding and marking industry before recognizing a clear gap in the market.
Pakistani manufacturers needed reliable, cost-effective alternatives to expensive imported systems — with local support they could actually depend on. Refurbished Videojet printers, quality consumables, and honest technical service were all missing from one place.
So Kaizen was built to fill exactly that gap. Starting from Lahore, we have grown to serve 60+ industrial clients across Punjab — with offices in Lahore, Multan, and Faisalabad — and we are just getting started.
